Shipping Policy

Standard Shipping

Our aim is to ship our products within 2 business days of receipt of your order using a combination of local couriers and AUSPOST. 

When you place an order, you will receive a Tracking Code and an estimate of the delivery date for you, based on the availability of your items.

We can offer an approximate delivery date however, our experience has shown that most shipments arrive at their destination within 2 to 7 business days.

Please be aware that some of our product inventory is direct-sourced from our local suppliers based on customer demand. If we believe there any additional delays in shipping may be incurred. As all of our suppliers are based in the greater Brisbane area, this is very rarely an issue.

However, please be advised that certain events may happen during transit that may further delay your delivery that is outside of our control. In this case, we will work with our freight distributors to expedite and resolve as needed.

International Shipping

BLUEDOG4X4 has shipping available to our Kiwi mates in New Zealand via AUS POST / NZ POST.

As can be expected, international shipping is slightly more complicated than domestic. Our estimated transit time for standard postage via Australia Post is approximately 6+ business day dependent on parts availability.

Given the complexities with international shipping, we do not offer express post on regular sales to NZ.

Returns Shipping Costs:

There are certain restrictions and conditions on some products, such as weight, shipping rates and destinations.

NOTE

Shipping rates for most items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded off to the next full kilogram [kg].
